Creality is Best Buy’s Onsite and Online branded apparel and merchandise provider.

Our Onsite Company Store is located at the Best Buy Corporate Campus and sells everything from a quick gift and snacks to Best Buy and Geek Squad branded apparel and merchandise.

Our Online Company Store, can be accessed by going to www.BBYCompanyStore.com. The Best Buy Company Store offers Best Buy, Best Buy Business, Best Buy Health, My Best Buy Membership, Best Buy + Geek Squad Dual Logo, Pacific Sales and Geek Squad branded apparel and merchandise two different ways:

  • ReadyShip!: Merchandise that is in-stock, and is shipped same day if ordered by 12pm CST (Business Days). Orders placed after 12pm CST (Business Day) will ship the next available business day.
  • On-Demand: Merchandise that is produced On-Demand, or as ordered, and will ship within 10 business days after the order is submitted.

Please note that all orders with both ReadyShip! and On-Demand items will be shipped separately. The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?

Your purchases are backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the merchandise you order does not meet your expectations, we will accept them back so long as they have not been used, worn or laundered, and were received within the past 30 days. You are responsible for the shipping of items back, and once we receive them, we will process a refund for the merchandise received to the card used at checkout.
